To make sure we are meeting your professional needs and know how to get the most our of use of the space, an in person tour is required before any new membership is approved.

Need a place to work from for the day? Our day passes include full access to all building amenities for the day, from 5am - 8pm, including several different workspaces so you can be as productive as possible. If you are dropping in last minute, please note that all first timers require pre-approval, and you'll need our Cowork Tahoe mobile app to access the building and manage your visit.

Visiting the area and need a quiet, private space to work from for the day? We offer a limited number of day office passes that include full access to all building amenities for the day, from 5am - 8pm, along with a private furnished office to get your work done.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:
All half-day and full day reservations are subject to a non-refundable $50 setup fee. All reservations must be approved in advance and paid in full prior to the event. Our team is happy to assist with additional meeting needs such as alternate table & seating arrangements, catering recommendations and coordinations, and lodging recommendations. Additional fees for these services may apply.
We strive to be as flexible as possible with our reservations. However, due to the need to have staff on site for non-member conference room reservations, we do require notice of any cancellations. Cancellation requests should be made by emailing [email protected] or by calling our main office line at (530) 600-3447.
A full refund, exclusive of setup and processing fees, will be issued if a cancellation is requested at least 3 business days prior to a reservation. If less than 3 business days notice is given, a 50% refund will be issued.
