Cowork Tahoe is located at 3079 Harrison Avenue in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Our location is just three blocks from the lake and about a 5-minute drive from Heavenly Mountain. We are close to a number of restaurants: Sprout’s Natural Cafe, the new Three Pines coffee shop, the original Jalisco’s, Yellow Sub, Gastromaniac, Sno-Flake Drive In, Rojo’s, The Woods, and Port of Subs. Cowork Tahoe has 30 private offices ranging in size from 90 square feet to 230 square feet with a fairly wide range of pricing starting at $500.00 per month.
Our offices were constructed using Quiet Rock, a type of sheet rock that has the sound dampening qualities equivalent to 15 sheets of sheetrock. All offices have ethernet ports, power, heating, cooling, and LED fixtures.
What’s included?
At Cowork Tahoe, all utilities, power, gas, sewer, water and trash removal are included in the monthly fee. Also included is high speed Internet, I.T. support and security, printing, scanning, copying, coffee, espresso, tea, snacks, large conference room use by reservation, use of smaller meeting space on a first come first serve basis, access to all Cowork Tahoe & Untethered events, a private shower, all other shared spaces, kitchen, a bottle fill station and 24 hour access.
What’s not included?
Furniture. We like to let our members furnish their own spaces in order to best suit their workday needs. However, we often have desks, chairs, and other small pieces of furniture that can be borrowed if necessary.
Phone lines are also not included. To set up a phone line, you will need to contact your preferred provider.
In renting a private office from us, we do have minimum contractual requirements.
We require a minimum of a 1-year license agreement and require a deposit of one month's rent.
