Tahoe Mountain Lab is located at 3079 Harrison Avenue in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Our location is just three blocks from the lake and about a 5-minute drive from Heavenly Mountain. We are close to a number of restaurants: the newly-remodeled Sprout’s Natural Cafe, the new Revive coffee and wine bar, Jalisco’s, Yellow Sub, Rude Brothers, Sno-Flake Drive In, Rojo’s, and Port of Subs. Tahoe Mountain Lab has 24 private offices ranging in size from 93 square feet to 230 square feet with a fairly wide range of pricing starting at $475.00 per month.
Our offices were constructed using Quiet Rock, a type of sheet rock that has the sound dampening qualities equivalent to 15 sheets of sheetrock. All offices have ethernet ports, power, heating, cooling, and LED fixtures.
At Tahoe Mountain Lab, all utilities, power, gas, sewer, water and trash removal are included in the monthly fee. Also included is high speed Internet, I.T. support and security, printing, scanning, copying, coffee, espresso, tea, snacks, 6 hours of large conference room use by reservation, use of smaller meeting space on a first come first serve basis, access to all Tahoe Mountain Lab events, a private shower, all other shared spaces, kitchen, a bottle fill station and 24 hour access.
What’s not included?
Snow removal. Snow removal fee is calculated by taking 10% your first month's rent. So if your office cost you $475.00 per month, your annual snow removal fee is $47.50. This helps keep the parking lot clear in the winter.
Phone lines are also not included. Have you ever tried to manage 50 phone lines for 25 different businesses? Neither have we! To set up a phone line, you will need to contact your preferred provider.
In renting a private office from us, we do have minimum contractual requirements.
We require a minimum of a 1-year lease and require a deposit of one month's rent.
